VP- HR- 8+ years of experience

For our client, a leading player in the Insurance domain, we are looking for a HR leader at VP level reporting to the head of HR.



Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for providing leadership for some of the Corporate Human Resources verticals (includes the verticals of Compensation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, HR Operations, Automation etc.) for building organization capability and driving market competitiveness through conceptualization and deployment of best in class HR processes and practices. Additionally, this position is responsible for building buy-in for HR initiatives with the senior leadership team of the organization
