*Technical Marketing Manager*
*Location: Gurgaon*

*Requirement*: Engineer plus MBA with 3 to 5 years experience

*Role:* Define business strategy for W&C for various technology/ customer
segments. Primary responsibility will be to identify target (growth)
segments for W&C and then work with the business group to create value
propositions for the identified target segments. The person will have to
plan and execute promotional campaigns for various target segments and
regions. Role also includes moderate traveling for understanding customer
requirements and executing segment specific campaigns.

*Work Profile*

· Create customer segmentation and identify the target segments
· Create value propositions for the identified segments
· Responsible for executing marketing campaigns for the identified
markets/ segments/ regions.
· Create effective delivery mechanisms for "communicating" the
segment value propositions/ messaging
· Responsible for effective use of Internet to promote W&C offerings
to the target segment.
· Effective use of search engine marketing tools to communicate the message
· Responsible for messaging at various tradeshows/ customer events.
· Work closely with sales to plan and execute account specific strategies
· Responsible for web site management and content creation to promote W&C services

- Participation in various industry forums and work closely with the
analyst community.
