An MNC BPO giant is looking for "MANAGER ? RECRUITMENT" to be based
out of Noida.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1.Good knowledge in HR concepts and open to learn.
2.Will be heading entire recruitment process along with team,
3.Sourcing of right candidates
4.Manpower planning,
5.Campus recruitments,
6.Recruitment budgeting
7.Handling end to end recruitment functions in assistance with junior
HR team,external vendors,etc
8.Training and development for internal training needs.
9.Recruitment of mid management and suport resources for the
organisation within defined timelines and costs.
10.Recruitment of leadership resources in operations.
11.Vendor development and management

Talent sourcing

1.Branding
2.From campuses such as IIMs, IITs, and other schools
3.From market in general

Partner with business to:

1.Improve team processes
2.Redress grievances
3.Execute and improve performance management system

DESIRED PROFILE

1.3 -10 years exp.
2.Able to lead team of recruiters
3.Experience in handling people practices
4.Strong inter-personal skills
5.Creative and innovative. Track record of creative and innovative
sourcing of talent
6.Experience: 2 years or more in either:
7.Recruiting for consulting firms, investment banks, etc. Campus
recruiting experience preferred
8.Or supply chain / sourcing / distribution / branding experience in
the B2B space

Education:
1.MBA, from top schools, e.g. XLRI, IIMs, TISS, etc.
2.High intellectual "horsepower,"
3.Great communicator ? spoken English as well as listening
4.Great team player with leadership potential
5.Comfortable in ambiguous situations with absence of structure
6.Driven, enthusiastic and full of ideas and initiatives
