The ideal candidate would have
- An MBA from top tier business school
- around 6-10 years of experience post MBA (1995-2000 batch)
- Experience working in, or consulting to companies in the Insurance,
Healthcare, or Financial Services industries
- Experience working with business executives to implement transformational
change
- A demonstrated track record of successful project and client relationship
management
- Good oral and written communication skills
