L&T is looking for a Manager/Sr Manager, who will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementation of systems in SP & CD. As far as Training is concerned, he/she will be involved in making the processes robust, designing programmes of relevance and guiding the team for co-ordination. Will also assist in various new initiatives pertaining to the above areas of responsibility.

4. GRADE: Middle management
3. PREFERRED AGE : 30-35
4. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Preferably from XLRI/TISS/Symbiosis
5. NO OF YEARS EXPERIENCE : around 7
