a T.O of around 60crs of Andhra Pradesh.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILTIES :----------
Sales Role
? Planning for achievement of Volume and Value Targets as
per the month plans based on the building blocks of the
month.
? Planning for the entire calendar year with the team to align
each individual about their contribution and also align
sales and trade marketing.
? Planning for achievement of leading indicators.
? Market working as per the norms of the company and
territory needs.
? Monitoring secondary achievements on a regular basis and
evolving contingency plans in the event of deviation from
plan.
? Ensuring market discipline in terms of rates and norms.
? Infrastructure Management and Review.
? Opportunity a! nd Consumer activation at the trade level.
? Micro-marketing Initiatives.
? Monthly and quarterly review for Volumes for the team.
? Manpower review and development.
? Addressing the concerns of Channel partners.
? Designing Contests for Field Force and Channel for
enhanced involvement.
? Reporting the market realities and other information to
the organization.
? New product launch as per the norms and directions
? Motivating team members to maximize their incentives
and utilize various forums for recognition.
? Creating an environment of trust and fairness where
ideas can be shared and exchanged in an open environment.
Operations
? Planning M1, M2 and M3 for stocks ensuring the right pack mix
for all brands.
? Ensuring FIFO and freshness of stocks at depot, distributor
and stock rotation in trade.
? Commercial discipline.
? Coordinating with the other departments of the organization
for speedy redressal of market problems.
