CRM, Finance and HR, through data mining & predictive modeling,
reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management,

analytics and business consulting background and significant
experience in BPO, who are driven by a passion to draw business
inference from external and internal data while delivering on global
client requests.

Job Description:
The selected candidates would be joining the Projects team within
HP BPO Analytics division in Bangalore as Analytics Consultant - Project
Manager (941509). They would work across HP and non HP businesses on
various pilot engagements and projects. Success of these pilots would
pave the way for further dedicated engagements for the Analytics team.

Deliverables -
? Work across HP businesses in scoping out Analytical project
engagements
? Deliver on high impact, proof of concept projects within HP
businesses by using advanced statistical and research tools and techniques
? Proactively develop prototypes/ new ideas for Analytics support
to HP businesses
? Work with Business Development team in scoping out and
delivering on pilot engagements for external clients
? Manage projects involving teams spread across multiple locations
and time zones

Qualifications and Background

Skills Requirement
? Masters degree in Statistics/Quantitative Economics/MBA
? Prior exposure to statistical tools like SAS, SPSS
? Experience in developing Predictive Models and scorecards
? Project management experience
? Ability to work independently in unstructured situations
? Excellent analytical skills
? Strong Communication skills and exposure to working in global teams
? 2 ? 5 years work experience in Analytics domain
