Job Overview (Manager Operations)
Lead and manage multiple client service teams. Interact with US based clients on a daily basis to manage delivery of projects. Will need to implement and maintain quality control processes for projects and to design and maintain delivery processes for existing and new clients. Should develop and coach team members. Will lead teams that work with statistical tools like SAS, SPSS and Quantum.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience
Ability to analyse and interpret quantitative data
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good people management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of initiative and drive
Detail orientation and process-driven
