Position: Senior Consultant
Experience: 4-8 years
Qualification: MBA HR
Compensation: RO 900 - 1100 per month ( 12 lakh - 16 lakh per annum) ( Tax free)
Bonus: Approximately 1.5 lakh to 2.5 lakh per annum ( Tax Free) dependent \non the performance of the service line and the performance of the person. \n

Experience should cover:

HR policies and processes \n
Manpower planning \n
Job Evaluation and Job \n description \n
Performance Management \n
Competency

If the person had a consulting background that would be \nideal. A HR generalist in a good organisation will be our next choice. \n

We could come down to Bangalore this week \nor the next week for the interviews if we have enough people to meet.
