Head Corporate Initiatives
Location : Bangalore
We have been retained by a US based international non-profit
organisation, which is committed to public health, and is specifically
implementing programs in the areas of HIV/ AIDS.
The biggest USP of this firm is its flexibility and ability to harnesses
the vitality of the private sector in the field of public health. In
India, they have successfully managed several projects in the area of
prevention and care of the HIV/AIDS affected population across the
country, with a large focus on South India.
The culture of the firm is very progressive and they have a fair balance
of people working with them from Private as well as development sector.
We have been retained to hire a person to tap into the Corporate Sector
for creating awareness and enhancing the Corporate Social Responsibility
initiatives.
The position Head Corporate Initiatives, South India would entail the
following:
* Network & collaborate with the private sector firms in order to
ensure their allegiance and commitment to address the issue of HIV/AIDS
epidemic in their workplace and communities.
* Lead, conceptualize, implement and monitor the organization's
engagement with the private sector to raise resources.
* Take charge of recruiting, supporting and leading a core team
that will focus its efforts on commercial firms in the region.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a seasoned, committed
professional with relationship and business management skills.
A person with 7 to 10 years of experience in diverse fields such as
advertising, banking, Corporate Social Responsibility or general
business leadership will be well suited for the role.
The candidate should be inspiring, driven with strong commitment to the
cause and sensitive in his/her approach.
Past profit centre management experience with strong result orientation
will be desired .
