Strides International is a management consulting practice with a
Brand, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing practice. Our Human Resource
practice has a sizable outsource (organisation development through
business consulting) business, where we facilitate line driven
HR/OD. Our client base in India, include multinational commodities,
liquor, software outfits and an Indian logistics organisation fast
expanding locally, and acquiring businesses globally. In light of
this we are looking to induct leadership talent to work with our
clients.
We are looking for a professional with either a broad Human Resource
business partnership background or a generalist (Marketing/
Operations/Finance). This individual will be working on local &
global HR projects, and manage new SME clients in India. The
assignment location will be in Mumbai.
Experience range could be 4 to 7 years
