- Must be an MBA in HR with 6-9 years of post MBA recruitment experience in
the High end IT
Software Products/High End IT Software Services Industries with Top Tier
Organizations.
- This organization predominantly hires only from the IITs and Premier
Engineering Colleges.(Top
Class Paymaster)
- Hence experience in sourcing High quality, niche talent from IIT?s and
managing campus
relationships at colleges like IISc, IIT?s etc for atleast 2 years is
essential.
- Should have managed 3-5 recruiters for atleast 2 years (In High quality
sourcing).
- Must be willing to work long hours and must be able to deliver under
intense pressure and high
company expectations.
- Leading efforts to improve hiring numbers while maintaining quality of
employees.
- Should have good HR experience with IT Software Services or Product
Companies and must have
handled high quality hiring.
- Should be Highly energetic and enthusiastic person.
- Strong experience in the knowledge intensive sector would be an added
advantage.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
