Strides International is a management consulting firm with a
Brand, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing practice. Our Human Resource
practice has a sizable outsource (organisation development through
business consulting) business, where we facilitate line driven
HR/OD. Our client base in India, include multinational commodities,
liquor, software outfits and Indian logistics organisation fast
expanding locally, and acquiring businesses globally. In light of
this we are looking to induct leadership talent to work with our
clients within and outside India.
We are looking for a leadership professional with either a
generalist background (Marketing/Operations/ Finance) or a broad
Human Resource business partnership background. This individual
will be working on global HR projects, and manage new SME clients in
India. The assignment location can be a combination of Mumbai base
with project travel/short term stay at various global locations.
Experience range could be 5 to 8 years
