Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director - BA Continuum
Solutions.

Location: Gurgaon

Role:
The Executive Assistant would work closely with the Managing Director
and will be instrumental in driving key tactical and strategic projects.
This person would need to work with minimal supervision, exercising
independent judgment and maintaining confidentiality.

The role calls for flexibility and ability to juggle shifting priorities
while representing and supporting the Executive in planning, directing,
managing and coordinating the rapid growth in the next couple of
years.This includes:
1. Ensuring that strategic initiatives are driven across the
organization and these projects are tracked and monitored
2. Tracking Key Org metrics and ensuring and potential causes of
derailment are identified earlier on and suitable management attention
is drawn to it.
3. Working with the Senior Management on projects and initiatives
4. Research and Analysis -Industry reports, spearheading white papers,
concept notes etc... will be a part of the job responsibility.
Work with the Managing Director's counterparts and Seniors at Bank of
America either in a information gathering role or project management
role.

Desired Profile:
1. MBA from Premier Institute
2. Preferably an Engineer
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills
4. 3-5 years experience in a similar role or having had exposure to multiple functions - either in the same capacity or as a consultant
5. Preferably from the BPO/Banking and Financial Management
6. Worked in a global role - has exposure to working in a multicultural environment
7. Project Management and Quality Fundamentals exposure - desirable
