The current posting is for the role of a PROGRAM LEADER
Profile:
HR professionals, MBA/postgraduate in HR, psychology or related field, with 8-12 years of experience in Line HR/ HR Consulting with reputed firm/s.
An MBA, with 8-12 years from a reputed institute and a blend of experience in general management, strategy, operations, HR, marketing, etc., in reputed firm/s, with an interest in HR consulting will also be considered.
Some Consulting experience is desirable.

Client Delivery ? Ensuring impeccable services to clients in a timely, qualitative and innovative way through proper planning of resources
