FIELD PROMOTION MANGER -- BASED AT DELHI

A leading MNC FMCG ORAL CARE - Based at Delhi -Handling
North - Reporting to BDM.

JOB PURPOSE :-------

1. Own the rollout of Retail Environment-level 5P
Implementation plans.
2. Use relevant data to understand the sales & distribution
trends and design and roll out effective promotions and
activities under advice of Head Office Customer Marketing
(HOCM) to support field sales team to achieve business
targets.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-------

1. Develop expertise in the assigned Retail Environment.

2. For Categories assigned, build category expertise in all
REs ? work jointly with HOCM manager assigned to category.

3. Work closely with HOCM to:

a. Analysing internal and external data to understand sales &
distribution trends & patterns in the specified category &
retail environment
b. Design and develop innovative trade promotions specific to
different retail environments and categories in consultation
with the Regional Sales Managers & Branch Manager to achieve
the quarter/month wise 5P objectives
c. Collate and track competition activity, market offers,
pricing, retail audit data and feed them to the field sales
team and the Business Planning Process
d. Develop detailed Go To Market plans for new launches,
communicate the same to the branch team and manage its
roll out
e. Design incentive plans for stockists and stockist salesman
to drive distribution efficiencies and retailing growth
f. Plan and carry out merchandising activities in coordination
with the merchandisers
g. Ensure that all schemes are within the planned budget

4. Communicate the promotion schemes to the field sales team
to ensure their alignment with the branch plan, dispatch the
promotion related collaterals on time

5. Coordinate with Accounts to ensure speedy settlement
of stockist claims, settlement of vendor bills.
