Reports into: India Head HR
Primary Responsibility:
He/She would be responsible for HR Operations, retention, employee
connect, propagate & live our employee value preposition, work with
DHs on People Management, people cost management, org structure,
performance management, talent planning ? top 10% , compensation
benefits. This role is primarily responsible for operationalising HR
initiatives for all employees in order improve performance and build
capability and commitment to the organization
Role Responsibilities
? Communicate and reinforce the Employer Value Proposition
through various HR initiatives
? Design and implement all HR programs such as Orientation,
Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition Schemes etc. for all
employees.
? Ensure effective cascading of HR policies & practices
across the organization
? Address all concerns around performance, compensation
and benefits and ensure that all employees are aware of the
benchmark in the industry
? Coordinate with the Facilities Department to ensure that
logistics such as transport, food etc. is organized especially in the
case of tight deadlines for client delivery
? Provide inputs on reward & recognition programs,
incentive schemes etc. in order to enhance employee motivation and
retention
? Conduct engagement surveys and coordinate Focus Group
Discussions on a need basis, in order to gauge employee perceptions &
opinions
? Create forums and facilitate interactions between the employees & the management on a regular basis
Experience:
10+ years of Relevant experience, In a ITES / Banking Environment /
Services running HR Operations. Preferably from a Global
Organization, Understanding of Six Sigma is essential & should have
worked in a fast paced environment. Exposure to large teams
