Staffing Programs Manager - India

The Company's staffing team's mission is to be a world class organization that recruits and retains only the top level performers. To achieve this mission we must have not only top-notch recruiting professionals but also effective, well-designed staffing programs. We have an immediate need for an experienced Program Manager to assist with the company's recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven record of the full cycle of program management, from conception and design through implementation and launch, and all the way through tracking and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

a.. Pilot and track new recruiting programs, working with Engineering, Recruiting, Human Resources, and other functions to assemble the skills, resources, and support necessary to achieve the target objectives.
b.. After completing successful pilot programs, develop and implement effective, well-documented processes and systems to support the programs on an ongoing basis.
c.. Partner with Engineering, Recruiting, and other functions to develop innovative recruiting concepts with the potential to extend, accelerate, or otherwise improve The Company's recruiting efforts. Areas of special focus include international offices, diversity initiatives, and university programs.
d.. Assess existing recruiting programs and practices to identify opportunities for improvement; work closely with the head of Staffing to drive continuous improvement in the recruiting organization.
e.. Initiate and ideate employer branding on campus and active involvement in any recruitment related publicity and promotion.
Qualifications:

a.. Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and globally distributed teams.
b.. Track record of successful program implementation and management.
c.. Excellent communication skills.
d.. Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
e.. At least 5+ years of directly related experience.
f.. Previous experience in recruiting or human resources a plus.
g.. Bright and assertive with the ability to come up to speed rapidly and develop fact-based recommendations.
h.. Desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
i.. Great people skills at all levels of the company.
j.. Emphasis on strong team play rather than politics.
k.. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree from a top tier school preferred.
