Ø Overall responsibility for managing the deliveries

As a Process Consultant, you will specifically be responsible for

Transition Manager - BPO SubsidiaryofIT Major

The BPO subsidiary of one of the largest IT giants in India is
looking for Transition Managers. The company with headquarters in
Bangalore also has offices in Pune and Brno (Czech Republic). In the
next few months the company will be opening offices in Jaipur,
Gurgaon and Hangzhou (China).

To manage this rapid growth, the company is looking for candidates to
join its Solution Design and Transition team.

Job Description:

As a Transition Manager the candidate would have end-to-end
responsibility for a single client engagement and he / she would be
Progeon's single point of contact with the client for all
transitioning activities. Identified resources from other departments
would work with the Transition Manager to ensure successful project
execution. The Transition Manager may be based out of client offices
or would be required to make frequent trips to client offices outside
India.

In a typical engagement the Transition Manager would be involved with Senior Client Managers in identifying and scoping processes for
offshoring. Once this decision is made, the candidate would manage
the migration of identified processes from client locations to the
company's locations.

The selected candidate would be based out of Bangalore.
