Lead the various Division and Regional Heads through a clear
strategic business plan with periodical monitoring for each Division
to achieve targeted growth.Provide the Heads with the required
motivation, support, development, guidance and coaching and lead by
example.Strongly Establish an excellent service culture at all
levels to provide second-to-none.Ensure that the appropriate range
of products & services are dynamically created and re-assessed in
line with the customers' needs and market developments.Ensure
proactive cross-selling inter and intra-group, to increase revenues,
reduce attrition and diversify base. Ensure full compliance with all
Rules and Regulation including AML, KYC, CTF and ensure that very
high ethical standards are consistently maintained. Supervise all
credit-related matters to ensure that they meet business and quality
standards with minimum credit losses.Ensure credit policy and
procedures are consistently and uniformly applied. Approve credit
proposals.Supervise the initiation of and the periodic review of the
Target Markets and Acceptance criteria programs.Consolidate and
finalize budgets and forecasts for the Group to be submitted as per
Senior Management requirements.Implement the nationalisation process
in a well?thought, well-planned and organized manner to ensure
stability and non?disturbance to the quality and efficiency of the
Business.
Experience : 12-20 years
Education : Only top rung B Schools like IIM's, Wharton, Harvard,
Stanford to apply.
