Challenging IT Roles for Non-IT MBA's at HCL Capital MarketServices, BLR

HCL's Capital Market Services (HCL-CMS) division is looking for MBAs
from premier institutes (like IIM, SP Jain, Jamanalal Bajaj, IIFT,
XLRI..)who have graduated between 1998-2004 and are working in
industries other than IT (manufacturing, entertainment, services
etc.). This is based on the belief that there is an exceptional
talent pool with good experience in project and human resource
management in other industries which HCL can benefit from. This is
to enhance HCL -CMS'managerial bandwidth at entry as well as middle
management levels.

Exposure to IT/BPO or Financial Services is not necessary. All
joinees would be taken to through a 3 month induction program to
fast-track them into the IT industry and the Capital Markets domain.

Managers under this program would start initially by being part of
Business Solutions Group and then move into Program Management /
Account, Management/ Business Development roles across the globe in
1.5 - 3 years time frame.

There is a similar program for MBAs with exp in Financial Services
industry - such candidates would be able leapfrog domain specific
duration of the induction program)

We aim to complete the recruitment process through June and
candidates would be required to join by July.
