Position-HR manager, India operations
Location- New Delhi

We have been retained by an international Consulting/ Knowledge
Management Organization with its Head Quarter based in US. It offers
a range of services to internal clients across the globe.

We are looking for a high caliber individual for the position of
Human Resources Manager, for management of human capital which is
critical to the long-term development of the business. The
organization is a continually evolving , dynamic place and is
currently in the midst of implementing a series of changes to its
structure. These initiatives call for substantial change management
wherein HR will play in the strategic and organizational
development . The role of the HR Manager will be to focus on
organizational development and help in its recruiting process,
performance management , leadership development , culture building
and other such initiatives .

The HR manager will be a senior member of the leadership team and
would report directly to the Managing Director, in India .

The ideal candidate would be a management graduate with 3-6 years of
relevant experience in the area of HR , change management and
organizational development with a mid or large size organization
The successful candidate will be someone who is credible ,
inspirational and will help the teams build momentum for change and
development. There is a huge potential for this individual to
influence change. People with experience in consulting are
