* Compensation Benchmarking and creation of action plan for revision of compensation structure.
* Design & Implementation of C&B Processes and Systems.
* Design, development and deployment of comprehensive C&B Decision Support System/ MIS
* Automation of C&B Processes & Systems
Mandatory Skills & Knowledge :
* Exposure to UAE market and related C&B policies
* Exposure and knowledge of contemporary compensation models/ practices
* Knowledge of statistical sampling and survey methodology
