We have an exciting opening with one of the leading American Consulting
firms based out of Dubai. They offer a range of services to varied
clients across the globe including Govt and International Organizations.
They deliver end to end solutions in Security, Logistics,
Infrastructure, Programme Management and Project Development.

The opening is in their Strategy and Pricing department, which is
essentially their thinktank creating business models and conducting
Financial anaylsis for all their business ventures. It has the
responsibility of managing the commercial aspects of the business
venture, It is engaged in strategy level as well as the detailed aspect
of business relationships and requirements. They develop complex
financial and business models and conduct contract negotiations .
Depending upon the type of business venture, they are required to model
project finance requirements and deal with financial institution a
necessary in coordination with resources. As part of the Strategy Group,
this department plays a key role in developing and evaluating financial
and business strategies to achieve company's growth objectives.

The role of this department is to support to all Group Business
verticals across the Asia- Pacific, Africa, Europe, Australia and
Oceania.

All positions are Based out of Dubai .

We are looking for a high caliber individual for following positions :

1.Asst Manager ( 1-3 yrs experience )
2. Manager ( 4 - 6 yrs experience )
3 Sr Manager - ( Analyst 7-10 yrs experience )


* Manage the entire commercial portion of the business venture in
pursuit and bid preparation process.
* Integrate technical, commercial, legal to develop complex
financial and business models.
* Financial and Business analysis.
* Prepare feasibility reports and business plans for various
business ventures.
* Evaluate funding requirement for the projects and establish
financing plan for business ventures in pursuit.
* As required, interface with investors and lenders in
conceptualizing, negotiating, compiling and arranging for the actual
drawdown of the financing facilities.
* Determine financial and business strategy for various business
ventures.
* Contract negotiations.
* Act as the internal business consultant for all proposals and
business ventures pursuit.
* Identify areas of improvement in modeling / pricing structures
that enhance business processes.
* Coordinate modeling and Pricing activities to assure uniform
business analysis and compliance with established practices and
policies.
* Provide management guidance and control for the efficient
utilization of human resources to include assignment, performance, and
training.

Special Knowledge and Skills
* Strong Analytical Skills
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Microsoft application.

Qualification : MBA from reputed Institute. / CA/ CPA / ICWA / CFA .

experience.
