One of the leading MNC Lubricant company is looking for the
following professional:
1.For the Post of:AM-Marketing[Marketing]
2.Location to be based at:Mumbai
3.RESPONSIBILITIES :Maintain up-to-date understanding & trends in
consumer needs, aspirations, usage and attitudes.
Appraise Marketing & Sales ? Head Office on competition - products,
packs, pricing, positioning, volumes, marketing strategies, etc.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall
Brand Marketing Plan Contribute to new product/pack launches
including identifying opportunities, estimating potential, propose &
execute the launch plan Contribute to the Creative Brief to Ad
Agency for designing Audio Visuals, TV Commercials, Shop Front
Merchandise, Leaflets, Sales aid Kits, Brochures, Contribute to the
product story and Recommend the brand positioning Effectively Plan
and implement innovative Consumer & Trade Sales promotions
Contribute to the conceptualization of Promotional Events & Direct
Marketing.Analyze & monitor Power Brands and recommend growth
strategies,Keenly follow trends & developments in automobile
industry.Contribute to timely & effective execution of marketing
projects map their performance Contribute to periodic Customer
Satisfaction Surveys. Recommend corrective actions to address areas
of concern.Recommend & execute market research projects to explore
and tap new opportunities Recommend means to improve brand recall
and overall brand visibility ,Effectively utilize marketing tools
like workshop tie ups, etc.
4.Qualification & Experience:Engineering[Mechanical] with MBA/PG in
Sales & Marketing from Premier B Schools with atleast 2-4 years of
work experience in Brand/Marketing either from
AUTOMOBILES/WHITEGOODS/FMCG Companies would be preferred.
