Position: Manager- Organisation Development

Reporting To: Head- Organisation Development

Qualification: Post graduation/ MBA from Premier institute like XLRI, TISS, Symbiosis.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Areas of responsibility:
Would be responsible in implementation of OD initiatives, which are aiming towards Talent Management and leadership development in the bank.

Few initiatives are like?..
? Vision Mission Values and institutionalization of the same.
? Implementation of Management Trainee Scheme.
? Implementation of the Management Development Programmes.
? Implementation of initiatives aiming towards creating fun @ work.
? Administration and improvisation of HR policies.
? Implementation of Performance Management System.
? Implementation of communication tools in the organisation.
