are only looking at people with an MBA - Finance from IIM, XLRI, FMS and SP
Jain (2002 / 2003 / 2004 batch) equity Research/valuation/sales experience
or 2005 batch folks without any relevant experience but an interest in IE.

Position 1. Associate - Institutional Equity Research
:: Developing a framework to analyze one or more industry, sector(s) and
formulate, communicate investment ideas to investors (clients) in the form
of industry/company research reports, presentations and oral communication.
:: Identifying and quantifying key quoted companies in the stock markets and
compare the impact of fluctuations in the performance of these companies on
their stocks around the world.

2. Associate - Institutional Equity Sales
:: Execution of trades
:: Working in teams dealing with specific industry sectors, monitoring the
price and volume trends of securities within those sectors.
:: Building relationships with domestic and international institutional
investors and communicating research views and macro investment themes to
them.

3. Associate (Institutional Equity - Alternative Research)
:: Creating and running financial screens and models for analyzing equity
and derivatives data for trading.
:: Develop and run quant models.
