Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for end to end risk
management for the India card and personal loan business. He/she
will be responsible for driving profitable business growth, improved
customer experience and managing credit performance for the market.
This will require a high degree of knowledge of local market
economic and competitive landscape and strong understanding of
existing products and portfolio performance. He/she will share the
topline and bottom line goals of the market and plan initiatives
that are going to help achieve the same. The work entails a complete
transformation of the business model in order to introduce premium
products that can deliver strong results to the bottomline . This
would require process re-engineering , defining forward looking risk
management principles aligned with market realities, partnering in
launch of new initiatives (product launches, spend enablement etc.)
and data analytics to identify customer behaviourial trends . He/she
will be involved in identifying early trends of the portfolio that
will be reflected in the loss provision forecasts and create action
plans to be able to achieve the provision numbers that have been
committed to the market.


Required Qualifications
Minimum Master's degree (preferably MBA) . Candidate must have 3+
years of relevant experience in large multinational banks in the
credit card industry preferably in underwriting premium products and
customers. Strong analytical background. Strong people leadership
skills to be able to lead, inspire and motivate team members and
create a winning culture. Demonstrated ability to create innovative
and creative business strategies. Proven ability to provide both
strategic and tactical thought leadership. Strong communication and
relationship building skills with colleagues and business partners.
Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations. Ability to
work effectively in a team environment across geographical
boundaries.
