We are seeking to identify a top quality professional as the Head of Human Resources for the India operations of a large European healthcare multinational. The company operates in a specialized area and is entering the Indian market through a major acquisition. The Position
You will Head and manage the HR function for the India operations. You will work jointly with international HR to develop world-class processes for the Indian counterpart and identify key skills for successful execution of the company's business plans.Change management will also be part of the responsibility. A deep understanding of company strategy would need to be translated to a human resources plan.

Your Profile
You must be an MBA from a premier institute with 12-15 years experience, most of which should be in an organisation that values People, Systems and Processes - in that order. Independent handling of the Human Resources function of a medium sized organisation or a SBU within a larger organisation would be essential. You must be capable of creating sound strategy and managing efficient execution.
