Total Experience: 7-9years after post graduation
Location: Hyderabad
The incumbent would need to position the brand in a way that people from diverse industries are attracted to the company
The incumbent must be working as a Sr. Manager / AVP in a leading MNC for at least 1year.
Must have good experience in Business Development / Sales/ Marketing/ Brand Mgmt
Must have some experience in Campus Recruitment / hiring right talent for the company
Experience in hiring people at middle mgmt & Sr. level
Must have the ability to take strategic initiatives.
Must have excellent communication & people skills
Must have a pleasing personality and willing to travel.
Ability to work under pressure
Must have a stable career
