CEO: Real estate Business
A established business house from the Textiles/Leather garments/accessories business has recently entered the real estate business with large township purchases in the range of 3000-4000 Cr in properties in Bangalore and other cities.
They are looking for a CEO, to be based at Delhi to head the operations.
* MBA with 10 years experience
* At least 6 years experience in the real estate sector
* Experience of leading a real estate business with P&L responsibilities of at least 1000 Crores for at least 2 years
* Experience of building real estate business will be an added advantage
* International experience is an added advantage and so is the understanding of the Bangalore real estate scenario
