HR Vacancies - Noida and Bangalore

We have 2 vacancies for HR in the Financial Services Division(FSD) of Techspan. This division provides software solutions for leading investment banks. Majority of the people are from the IIT's and IIM's and the offshore development centers are at Noida and Bangalore. Worldwide, Techspan is a part of Headstrong

Both the vacancies are for HR generalist roles. The center at Noida has around 100 people currently, and we are looking to double the strength in the next 6 months. The center at Bangalore has around 200 people, slated to grow to 500 by end of next year. The expectation from a HR generalist is to provide end to end HR support to the business and truly be business HR partners. Implementation excellence and process improvement are imperative. Our HR processes have been assessed at PCMM Level 3.

For the Noida center, we are looking at people with 3-5 years of experience (Class of 2001-1999). For the Bangalore center, we are looking at people with 1-3 years of experience (Class of 2003-2001). Both positions report into myself. The Noida position also reports to the Head of FSD at Noida.
