Position : Associate/Senior Associate- Corporate Finance
Location : Mumbai
Reporting to : Associate Director, Corporate Finance

Candidate Profile
MBA /CA with 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance. The candidate should have experience in valuations and executing M&A transactions. In addition to the professional qualifications, a self driven individual with a positive attitude and the will to 'get things done' would clearly be the person we are looking for.

Position : Analyst/Associate- Research
Location : Mumbai
Candidate Profile
MBA /CA with 2-4 years of experience in Research.
Sound experience with financial statement analysis and statistical analytical tools required
Ability to do financial projections, including DCF and other valuation tools
Aptitude for analytical problem solving, report writing and preparation of charts, pictorial graphs essential.
Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
Ability to search using a comprehensive range of databases
Effective information retrieval using appropriate search engines
An understanding of the current and emerging industry issues and trends in the domestic market
