1. Quality DNA Program Manager
(Manager/Sr. Manager)
Reporting to Associate Vice President (Quality) - Master Black Belt
Key Accountabilities:
Plan roadmaps for all quality resources(~300) in WNS in consultation with all stakeholders
Track progress (trainings, audits, projects, other roadmap requirements) of all resources as per the defined timelines in the roadmap
Gap analysis (in terms of trainings, development programs, leadership sessions etc.) for the road map for all quality resources
Identify solution and execute them for development of the resources
Digitisation of DNA Infrastructure
Reporting & Escalation of status of quality progress to relevant stakeholders
Expected Capabilities:
Service industry (preferably ITeS) work experience
Experience in Human Resource Management - a must
Systems friendly
Good communication skills - should be able to communicate with various levels at the same time
Hands-on with Excel, PPT, other MS office tools, other presentation & project management tools
Exposure to quality and understanding of quality resources & their requirements
Able to work under aggressive timelines
Desired Capabilities:

Exposure to HR development programs

2. Black Belt Position
(Manager/Sr. Manager)
Reporting to Associate Vice President (Quality) - Master Black Belt
Key Accountabilities:
Execute customer/employee surveys and track improvements
Achieve productivity/resource utilization & optimization through improvement projects
Execute Black Belt projects and coach & mentor Green Belts / Yellow Belts in their improvement projects
Execute quality strategies as part of Quality Management System of the organization
Facilitate setting up of required infrastructure for implementing the Quality Management System
Expected Capabilities:
Service industry (preferably ITeS) work experience
Strong analytical skills
Knack for detailing and drilling down
Strong on applying statistical tools at work
Good communication skills - should be able to place his viewpoint well
Hands-on with MS office, other presentation & project management tools
Drive cultural change in the organization
Able to work independently
Desired Capabilities:
Exposure to Six Sigma or any other quality philosophy
Exposure to Data-analysis
Exposure to Statistical-concepts
