Asst. Manager - Employee Relations
Responsibilities :
* Managing the entire Employee Relations portfolio for the bank
* Ensuring statutory compliances as applicable to the industry
* Designing, modifying and implementing various HR policies across the bank
* Driving various employee welfare initiatives
* Liaisoning with various labour, govt. and legal authorities
* Ensuring redressal of employee issues at the earliest
Skills :
* Well versed with various labour legislations and processes
* Fundamentally clear with conceptualizing, designing and implementing various HR policies
* Good relationship management skills across various people groups
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform under high work pressure
* Multi tasking capabilities with capacity to meet aggressive time lines
* Sound with MS Office tools like word, excel and power point
Experience :
* Should have handled employee relation issues in a medium to large organization with proven success record for min 2 - 3 yrs.
* Ideal candidates will be MBA / MLS / MSW - 2001& 2002 passouts with specialization in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations
* Degree in law will be an added advantage
* Relevant post qualification experience as above is a must
* Candidates should be self-driven and have capability to handle the function independently
Reporting structure :
The position will be based at our Corporate Office, Mumbai and will report to Manager - Human Resources.
Compensation will be market driven and commensurate to qualification and experience.
