Summary of Job responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection.
Handling Induction, Training, Joining Formalities, Campus recruitment etc
HR Operations - Leave Management , Monthly reporting, Employee MIS
Managing Performance Management System
Management of Compensation & Benefits
Responsible for initiating and driving all employee development initiatives.
Learning & Development - Identification of training needs, planning and conducting in-house training programs / external training programs, Analysis of Training impact.
Arranging employee participation programs
Administration of employee recognition program
All matters related to HR administration

Educations and experience
MBA in Human resources or Personnel Management from a reputed institute
6 and above years of work experience in HR function in a reputed company.
