A) SAP Fulfillment Manager (SFM)
Location Bangalore
Role and Responsibilities
1. Source candidates for offshore SAP engagements
2. Source candidates for onsite SAP engagements in USA/Europe and ASEAN
3. Co-ordinate with Visa Cell on ensuring eligibility criteria for travel and ensure timely visa filing and follow-up
4. Co-ordinate with travel desk to ensure timely allocation and travel
5. Provide inputs to setup salary structure for onsite and offshore deployment of SAP resources
6. Provide inputs to establish strategic or tactical resourcing alliances in India and in US/Europe
Desired Attributes
1. 4-5 years experience in ERP (preferably SAP) sourcing for an organization that does onsite-offshore projects
2. Good co-ordination and communication skills
3. Willing to take decisions by himself
4. Good network with Indian SAP companies and International Subcontracting firms
B) General Technical Recruiter
Location Bangalore
Exp 4-5 yrs
C) Technical Recruiter for GIS (Global Infrastructure Services) . 2
positions -1 Bangalore & 1 Noida
1. Source candidates for offshore GIS engagements ( Source software engineers with CCNA/ MCNA certifications/ UNIX/ Net ops)
2.Experience in sourcing candidates for technical help desk ( BPO
Technical trouble shooter hiring)
3.Experience in sourcing candidates for Hardware/ Support hardware
