The role involves :
·Serve as the primary point of contact between the business and HR to manage/ oversee day-to-day HR activities.
·Ensure a smooth and successful implementation of HR programmes and
processes
·Ensure employee relations activities are consistent across organization and with organization's policies and procedures
·Identify and implement HR programmes, which will address needs within the organization
Some of the key responsibilities would be :
1) Business Partner
Staffing: Headcount monitoring; Adherence to TAT; Job Posting; Managing release list
Building Bench Strength within the organization: Arranging prospective employees in the pipeline
Attrition Maintained at or below target: Attrition data analysis; Particular focus on Performance Profile; Talent Management
MIS: Maintaining employee information. Various analyses to support
business needs.
2) Functional Expert
Performance Management: Confirmation of Employees; Performance
Appraisal Cycle; Performance Appraisal workshop; Analysis of ratings and goal sheets
Pay planning/ compensation programmes/ salaries: Timely and satisfactorily disbursal of salaries
Corrective Action and Discipline: Discrepancies resolution (related
to post employment verification); Work related discipline issues
3) Employee Morale & Advocacy
Employee Satisfaction Survey: Execution of ESS; Support Corrective
Action Plans
Employee Counseling: Arranging Counseling Session both as an HR
individual & professional help if required; Effective deployment of Grievance Handling Mechanism
4) Employee Communication
Employee Feedback: Notice Board, mail; Pulse meeting (skip level
meeting with HR and Line); HR Open houses
Qualifications and Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management with 3 -6 years relevant work
experience.
Willing to work in the night shifts
