Experience: 12+
Details: Shall be responsible for entire gamut of HR functions in the Company including recruitment, compensation & benefits management, employee relations and implementation of HR policies working closely with senior management. Candidates should be post graduates in HR from reputed institutes with 12+ years related experience in the software / ITES industry with excellent communication, resource management and leadership skills. Prior work experience in an MNC is an added advantage
