Presently we are looking for Manager - HR for this company and his responsibilities will include:
*Talent Management / Talent Planning, Employee Retention, Employee Motivation, Reward & Recognition Programs.
*Change Management, Team-building, Compensation and Employee Relations.
*Provide Organization Effectiveness , Guidance / Support for Employees.
*Lead and / or contribute to initiatives designed to foster a global culture of innovation
*Recommend process improvements for Internal HR processes.
Eligibility:
*Professional degree in HR Management from a reputed institution. Masters degree preferred.
*Minimum 6+ years of Total experience in a structured and medium corporate HR function.
*Key competencies include:
Strong verbal and written Communications Skills, Teamwork, strategic thinking, Analytical skills, Ability to influence others, problem solve and interface / build relationships at all levels of management.
*Good computer skills are a must for this position.
*Ability to work independently, proven track record leading various initiatives within HR, ability to work with individuals at all levels o the organization, drive for results and initiative.
*6 years of experience in progressive HR practices including recruitment, training and development, performance management, HR MIS, HR Policies and Procedures.
