Our client is currently on the look out for a Head HR/Sr Mgr Plant HR to handle all aspects of IR , HR, PM , Training ,Recruitment.
The ideal candidate should be a post Graduate with specialisation in HR From a reputed institute with a min of 5 to a max of 15 years of experience in Manufacturing Sector , of which as atleast the latest experience should be at a supervisory level.
.... Only candidates with relevant exposure to Plant HR/IR are requested to apply.
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
