Recruitment/ Performance appraisal/ Training and development/ Competency Mapping. He would be responsible for 170+ employee in a particle division namely, Assurance
Eligibilty criterias are as follows:
Previous Work Experience :6 to 8 plus years of post qualification experience
Qualification background :MBA IN Human Resource Management
Institutes preferred :XLRI/TISS/ Symbiosis/ NMIMS/ JBIMS
Personal skills : Smart and stable person with the ability to manage people and work under pressure. Should have quality experience in good companies, should not have had too many job shifts, say in a span of 8 years, should not have worked for more than 3 companies
