Job Description :
The job involves researching on best practices and global trends across industry in the areas of emerging HR Practices and compensation design. As a team that supports a diverse set of
business units (IT, ITES, FMCG, Engineering), a significant aspect of the role would lead to designing effective HR initiatives for each of these businesses

Primary Job Responsibilities :
Research on HR and Compensation best practices
Research and process improvement in
Leadership Development
Succession Planning
Developing and executing Compensation and Benefits strategy across the Corporation to position Wipro as an employer of choice
Executive Compensation
Benefits Program across Wipro Corporation
Benchmarking with Best in Class companies
Championing HR process improvement and developing HR process excellence
Performance Management improvement
Employee Satisfaction and Engagement
Design and review of organizational policies in adherence to the company values and market competitiveness

Qualification :
MBA in HR from premier institute (preferably XLRI /TISS/Symbiosis)
Post Graduates with a research background in the field of human resources
2-4 yrs in Human Resources function

Self driven
