POSITION : HR Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Engage in large number recruitment activities
- Streamline recruitment process & drive business plan
- Work closely with Operations Head in driving recruitment numbers & meet targets
- Conduct Techincal & Non Technical recruitments
- Conduct Initial Screening, evaluation & suitability analysis
- Salary Negotiation & Compensation Benchmarking
- Manage Salary administration, Payroll and statutory obligations
CANDIDATE :
- Must be a post graduate in Management, preferably with specialization in Human Resources
- Must have atleast one year experience in mass recruitments in an International Call center
- Self driven with good communication skills
- Must be a leader with influencing skills
LOCATION :
Will be in Chennai
SALARY :
will be in the range of Rs 8 - 12 lacs per annum /Open
