1) Senior Executive – Employee Relations.
1a) Manager – Employee Relations (Experience differs from the one mentioned below in terms of responsibilities handled and years)

Specs :~
Experience – between 3 to 5 years
MBA [HR] from a good B-School / University
Extremely Good Communication Skills
Good Presentation Skills
Reflects strong IPR Qualities
Good Performance Track – all experiences
Willing to work in NIGHT shifts

Brief JD :~
HR Generalist – with lesser Recruitment exposure
Employee Relations – from making letters to sorting out disciplinary cases
Has been responsible for the implementation of HR policies – at least coordinated for the same
Has handled most or all of the following :
Induction and Training,
People Engagement Practices,
Attrition Mgmt
Employee MIS Generation,
Employee Records Maintenance Mgmt
Culture Building,
Leave Management System
Employee Grievance Handling
Training & Development,
Medical Emergency Management,
Fun and Events

2) Assistant Manager (3 Position) – Leadership Development
Education and/or Experience Required
MBA with minimum of three years related work experience in training arena and leadership development. Able to work independently and as a team member in dynamic, results-oriented environment. .
Training and Specialized Knowledge Required
Superb written and oral presentation skills – able to compose correspondence, detailed announcements and reports and clearly relay complex information to internal and external customers.
Instructor and/or facilitator certification a plus
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to be solution-oriented.
Ability to effectively work with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities under pressure of deadlines and complex projects
Computer and Internet proficiency and mastery.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Planning: Continuously evaluate management and leadership development needs. Maintain a training calendar.
Instruction: Facilitate and teach at various sessions as necessary.
Development: Participate in the development and maintenance of the curriculum, program implementation systems, training activities
Quality Improvement: Assess practices and integrate continuous improvement to the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.


3) HR – Lift Out Position
M&A and Lift-outs (taking over an entire process with the people executing it to be outsourced) is a key strategic initiative in Progeon in order to achieve targeted revenue and overall business growth objectives. The HR role is a very critical success factor in obtaining the deal, as well as in executing and managing it after the integration of company/process.
The job involves conducting research and building a knowledge base of worldwide HR practices with special emphasis on change management and benefits practices. The jobholder is also responsible for understanding and articulating the elements of HR which will be of importance during a merger or a lift-out. It involves an understanding of all areas of HR and some idea of the business. The jobholder is responsible for anchoring the lift out activity from an HR perspective both to internal and external stakeholders (i.e. the client/partner) including with external consultants.
This requires generalist understanding of all aspects of HR with a special awareness of international practices and processes. This job also necessitates both attention to detail as well as the ability to build frameworks. A key element of this job is also to plan and coordinate, in order to bring in the best of HR resources (both internal and external) to the table to solve the people issues during a lift out.

4) Assistant Manager – HR Operations Position
Responsibilities:
Payroll advice for 4000 employees-shift calculation, overseas pay etc.
Manage generation of offer letters, increment letters, promotion letters, confirmation letters etc.
Manage leave/attendance system and leave data availability
Create and manage processes for policy related approvals
Be primarily responsible and accountable for employee data on SAP – updations, SAP configurations
Generation of HR MIS reports
Contract resource administration- joining to exit, contract vendor management, periodic audits

Profile:
6+ years experience after graduate degree (post graduation not required) in a large organization handling large volumes of data, transactions and operations
