It requires a HR MANAGER (B&C)
Candidate Profile
The candidate will spearhead the Compensation & Benefits function for
the India operations. Should have the bandwidth to manage multiple
reportees Training Co-ordinator, HR Generalists,etc
Must have an MBA in Human Resource from a reputed Institute in India or
abroad.
Should have relevant experience of having worked in IT - MNC companies
for 8-9 years.
Key Result Areas
Effectively deploy the co.'s compensation policies and benefits
Co ordinate and Manage Performance Appraisals and promotions, growth
plans of BU team members.
Define Career paths,Counseling and resolution of all HR issues and
concerns at both individualand team levels
Work with BU heads, in chalking out employee retention programs,
development and culture building strategies, action plans and
implementation within agreed timelines
Implement policies and processes defined at the organization level and
also actively participate in contributing to improvements to Policies
and processes on an ongoing basis
Working with training department in implementing training programs as
per BU needs
