Regional Manager HR for an Insurance company in Chennai, reporting to Director HR.
The candidate would be an MBA from a premium institute, batch 94-95.Candidate Preferably should have experience of working in service sector or a bank.The comp will be in the range of 12-15L +PB
The job requires the person to take care of end-to-end HR for the center. This would mean, HR initiative, retention, HR culture, reward scheme Performance Management System, Employee Relations, Attrition Management, Recruitment, OD etc. for the center.
