Position 1:
Service Line : Audit
Manager -HR
The candidate should possess about 8-10 yrs of work ex in all aspects of HR and will report to the Director HR - Audit who operates out of Delhi. Areas of responsibiliy include manpower budgeting , resourcing, employee retention, compensation and benefits, learning and development.
The position requires multi-tasking, ability to survive in an uncertain, unstructured environment and also involves reporting to senior partners in the firm.
People who have handled HR in a consulting environment/ MNC/ large Indian corporates will be
preferred.

Position 2
Assistant Manager : Resourcing
Service Line RABS
The incumbent will report to the Manager -HR and will be responsible for the resourcing.
A person should have handled resourcing for about 2-3 years preferably in an IT organization, consulting firm, MNC, large India Corporate/ well known resourcing firms.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1) Campus recruitment in graduate and post graduate schools. (representing the firm on campus)
2) Lateral recruitment
3) Developing relationships with Placement consultants.
4) Will help managers to create a database of job descriptions
5) Knowledge of pychometric tests / certification etc.will be an added advantage.
