The ideal candidate should be a post Graduate with specialisation in HR From a reputed institute with 5 to 12 years of experience in plant HR , IR , Recruitment, HR Operations
Candidates From Manufacturing sector or exposure to Plant HR will be prefered
Initial Posting will be at Gujarat ... the candidate has to be open to relocation to chennai at a later date if required
