Openings for HR Generalists
Looking for tenacious HR Generalists with 3-7 years experience (any
industry ok) for openings in Hyderabad.
The role includes:
Employee Relationship Manager (ERM) responsibilities for a Portfolio of
200-250 employees -- i.e., manage performance for the portfolio, ensure
effective communication / coverage, employee face time, people touch as
well as drive HR Processes across the Business. Independent ownership
for designing and managing the Reward & Recognition and C&B initiatives
for the Service Delivery Organization (about 500-600 employees) as well
as the CoE (1800 people) Most of the work will be at night - typical
work hours would be a 10-11 hr. stretch anytime between 1700 hrs. to
0500 hrs. The pay will be competitive - due weightage for past
experience, current salary will be given. The value that the role holds

best practices and HRM/OD tools/methodologies from the parent
